Hi, I'm Nichole. I have been a physiotherapist for over 25 years. 


Throughout the years, my focus has evolved to explore how stress and trauma affect our bodies. Additional training modalities I use include: craniosacral therapy, somatic experiencing, yoga, and life coaching. 

 

I help clients get to the root issue of their pain and dysfunction by addressing mind-body connections, stuck patterns and working toward a more comfortable and joyful way of life.
