Working individually with you, we address how stress and trauma affect the body using an integrative approach which holds its foundation in the mind-body connection.
Our sessions address issues such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, digestive problems, chronic stress and overall well being.
Together we identify patterns in your body, physiology, as well as your thoughts and beliefs, that are no longer serving you. From this place, an integrative approach that could use hands on techniques, home practices, and other approaches, is tailored to your unique healing journey.
Available online, in-person or a combination of the two.
Group Experience Programs
Programs typically involve a weekly 1-2 hour session over a 4-6 week period.
Learn to make the connection between stress and your physical and mental state; and what you can do to help decrease symptoms of chronic stress, pain, anxiety and depression.
Gain control over improving your overall health an wellbeing through movement, breath work, mind work and somatic based therapeutic approaches.
